My Facebook page: Moments | Photography I was so happy to have some time off work yesterday and I gladly spent most of it out with my camera. But sadly, it was rather disappointing in terms of the no. of decent shots I could capture. This is the Golconda Fort in Hyderabad, which is one of the top 3 things to see if you are a tourist coming down here. This historic place is mostly in the ruins right now but you do get a sense of how this massive fort kept the king safe with all its security features. The most intriguing of them is the "acoustic system" which enabled guards to sound danger from entrance portico to the top of the fort which is on top of a hill, a few hundreds of meters away, just by clapping their hands. I have given it some sort of a lomo effect, which can be achieved by changing the "curves" in photoshop. It's not exactly vintage tones but something a bit different, which is what I'm trying to do with each photo of mine. I hope you guys had a good weekend. Have a beautiful day ahead :)
