The Contemporary Art Festival Elevation 1049 born in 2014 in Gstaad launches its third edition, whose main theme is “Frequencies”. The American artist Doug Aitken decided to create a house-shaped structure with reflective panels, to get a mirror effect of the mountains and surrounding trees. Walls and angles allows the visitors to see a kaleidoscope from the interior of the structure, with reflections and lights unprecedented. The installation, made of ecofriendly materials, will remain in Gstaad for two years.
