For a more faithful representation of the cultural diversity of his country, the Ivory Coast, in our digital conversations, the designer O’Plérou Grebet has created a palette of emojis entirely devoted to the African continent. For a year, he worked on his project “Zouzoukwa”, creating an emoji a day, in order to offer a series of 365 stickers available on the App Store and Google Play. Its range, extremely varied, covers as much the cultural and historical inheritance of Africa as its gastronomy, its clothes, or popular modes of transport.
