If you were wondering what the atmosphere of a Stephen King horror novel might look like, just look at the latest series by American photographer Erik Witsoe.

With a very cinematic approach to photography, he shares a magnificent night series shot in his adopted city of Warsaw. Armed with his Nikon D750 and a 35mm lens, the photographer travels the streets of his city to capture its mystical atmosphere and unique scenes lost in the fog. Particular attention was paid to the vanishing lines creating very geometric, almost worrying images. A dramatic series with dark tones that perfectly represents the atmosphere of a misty autumn morning in Warsaw.
