Yaara Nusboim, a Tel Aviv-based industrial designer, recently made a set of six wooden and silicone figures for children to help them manage their difficult emotions. These therapeutic toys each represent a particular feeling: Fear, pain, emptiness, love, security and anger. Called “Alma”, these wooden dolls allow children to connect with their subconscious. Therefore, caregivers can decipher the emotions of their young patients, solving potential psychological problems, while allowing them to express their thoughts for their personal development.
