The Cleve Carney Art Gallery in the United States, in partnership with the College of DuPage, will open in summer 2020 for the largest exhibition in Chicago in 40 years about Frida Kahlo. It will present 26 original works created by the Mexican artist, including drawings and oil paintings, and a retrospective on her artistic career and private life, these two parameters being inseparable in order to understand her choices, her evolution and her work. This exhibition will permit to establish a link between the spectator and Frida Kahlo, in an intimate and enlightened way.
