From December 7th to March 8th, 2020, an exhibition will showcase the work of the late American Surrealist photographer Rodney Smith at the Edward Hopper House Museum in Nyack, NY.

For several decades, the artist has amazed and disturb his audience with his artworks highlighting absurd, poetic, humorous and spectacular situations. Nature was also a big part of his artistic practice. Rodney Smith’s photographs always seem to invite us to accept life as it is, regardless of its oddness and tragic end.

A retrospective not to be missed if you’re in the area!
