American photographer Todd Hido embraces mesmerising landscapes and moody portraiture in his newest exhibition Light from Within, on display at the Galerie Les Filles du Calvaire in Paris. With light and darkness a running theme in this collection, Hido walks us through scenarios that are suggestive and intriguing, hinting at something deeper brewing beneath the surface. Drawn to places that invite fiction, his photography urges us to look at things from a different perspective, always igniting curiosity and stimulating the imagination.
