The architects Capucine de Cointet and Alia Bengana have recently transformed an unhealthy building tucked away in the back of a courtyard into a fantastic city apartment. This bold and modern home located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris has been restored for a family who wanted the renovation to be as eco-friendly as possible. The building has now become a comfortable single-family home spreading its 120 m2 on four levels with a minimalistic and warm design.

«Our main focus was letting as much light as possible in the house while still maintaining the privacy of the residents, the architects explain in a press release. This is a typical Parisian apartment with a small courtyard where the neighbours are never far away.»
