Vincent Leroy is a French artist born in Avranches and now based in Paris, whose many installations playing on the effects of optics and ambient light have already been talked about. His latest large-scale project, Slow Lens, follows the same path. Many curved lenses are suspended together and pivot slowly to provide viewers with different views of the surroundings. Installed in various places of the French capital, the multifaceted work invites contemplators to dream while offering a brand new vision of Paris.
