Maela Ohana is an artist focusing mainly on urban ecology, new topographic and landscape photography. For the last two years, she has been passionate about botanical photography and plant portraits. Shots captured thanks to many explorations of her city, Montreal, or her various travels. As a delicate outlier, « Journal » contains most of her work. Without belonging to any completed series, it is for Maela « a photographic journal, a collection of random sensors over the years.” We discover, in it, different environments captured with poetry.
