Vera Shimunia started her emroidery work in 2015. Since the beginning, she perceived the romantic and onirique potential of this art. She therefore started to represent some dreamy and melancholic landscapes. For this very talented Russian artist, embroidery is a meticulous and instinctive technique giving more emotions than painting during the creation process. Shimunia work is even more impressing because she use very tiny surfaces and an incredible quantity of wires in various different colors.
