By combining photography, glass and textile sculpture, the artist Miguel Rothschild recreated the movement of the ocean through works entitled Elegy and De Profundis. How ? He captured the rolling waves, which he printed on a cloth and then suspended using fishing line. An installation that seems as real as life and plunges us into the heart of the tumult of the ocean. His works are currently on display at the Kuckei + Kuckei Gallery in Berlin and his work is to be found on his website.
