Berlin-based photographer Maximilian Motel expertly combines studio portraiture and wide atmospheric panoramas in a stunningly picturesque project, The Traveller. Against sweeping backgrounds of Cuba shot during a 2016 trip to the country, he superimposes a lone astronaut in each frame, shot in a studio for practical purposes.
