The Absolut Company Creation proposes to creatives to imagine the new OX machine that were made by Romain Tardy last year. Joanie Lemercier is one of the chosen artist. He imagines artworks made from luminous projections in space. He has fun to play with our perceptions. He is attracted by geometry of buildings on that he created video and light mappings by playing with textures and shapes. All of his projects invite to interactivity and plunges us between light and shadows.

Paysages électroniques, Lille, April 2007

For The Absolut Compagny Creation, he creates SCOPE, is an experimental object, mixing techniques from the passed and new technologies. The installation aims to transform the way the viewer receive visual art by introducing an immersive and immediate dimension in it. In order to respect the theme of this project, SCOPE unites music and and art to make people understand the creative project of a DJ. The sound is therefore materialized as a light on a geometrical shapes screen. The complexity of the data base allows to obtain a different pattern for every performance.
