Known as the Kowloon Walled City, this district of Honk Kong was the most densely populated place in the world before its destruction in 1992. Today, Hong Kong-based photographer Andy Yeung drew inspiration from it for its latest series entitled “Walled City”. This time, with a drone, he captured striking pictures of Hong Kong. By flying perpendicularly above the city, he offers us a unique view of the city’s packed geometry. At the same time, we can feels the claustrophobic atmosphere of living in a city still extremely densely populated.
