The World Pastry Cup is a ten hours competition divided in six different trials, with specific themes. Last week, in Lyon, 22 countries contended for the price, one of the most prestigious in the world. Incredibly creative sculptures and impressing artworks paid an hommage to the high gastronomy art. France was finally awarded as the world champion. Japan and Switzerland obtained second and third place.
