After growing up in California, photographer John Keatley moved further North to Seattle for his studies before staying there once they were achieved.
In his project Uniform, this artist explores the notions of identity, individuality and originality. Soldiers covered with makeup that is as green as their uniforms appear in a portrait format. If they all seem similar at first sight, these persons soon reveal their own special personality. In other words, this photo series is an interesting and deep reflection about interior richness.
