Matera is a historic city located in the southern part of Italy. Its particularity is in the homes and churches sculpted in the rocks thousand years ago. The Manca Studio chose to transforme some of them into a contemporary hotel, by keeping historical constructions. The stone is omnipresent and the wooden furnitures give a warm atmosphere to the place, immortalized by Pierangelo Laterza.
