The Italian architect office Fuksas ended the construction of a new cultural complex in the Georgian capital city. The two tubes house an exhibition hall and a music hall. The metallized outside surface reflects the light but the true secret of these abstract forms seems to be inside: the daylight filters in losange-shaped shadows through the tainted windows and the forms stretch according to the moment of the day.
