Since 2004, Smarin and the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs meet in Cannes. This year, from the 11th to the 22th May, Stéphanie Marin imagined a scenography of 85 stairs that will be disposed on the beach, in collaboration with contemporary artist Céleste Boursier Mougenot. This modular system, titled Les Marches, shapes a super comfy dispositive to host the cinema world on the Croisette : they’re simple, soft and surprising because they look like concrete brutal blocks.
