The British architect Zaha Hadid, a figure of the deconstructivism, presents a project of a building which will be built right in the heart of New York. Immense floor-to-ceiling windows overhang Manhattan’s skyline, futuristic curves and cosy inside, the luxurious house will be situated in West 28th Street. Apartments have the privilege of the access to the first private theater IMAX of the city. Extending over 4000 square meters, they also have a balcony, as well as an eat-in kitchen designed by Zaha Hadid herself. One of these little gems costs 25 million dollars.
