“Paris is a moveable feast” said Hemingway ; here is the proof with these unique photographs, taken 100 years ago . Albert Kahn, a rich French banker, iniatiated a crazy project : immortalize through Autochrome Lumière, the largest cities in the world. He committed four photographers, Léon Gimpel, Stephane Passet, Georges Chevalier and Auguste Leon, which criss-cross the capital : like this, we discover the City of Light a century ago, but with the colors of today. Photographs are visible at the Albert Kahn Museum in Boulogne-Billancourt.
