Disposture is a chair imagined by three design students at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design : Jessica Ross, Emily Wallace and Cathrynn Healy. Featuring unconventional and spiral structures, these oak-wooden chairs were made to be completely uncomfortable, to avoid the users to find a good position and to highlight the long-term effects of slouching. Jessica Ross had this idea when she noticed that she was always slouched on her desk when she types on her computer.
