Photographer Henry Hargreaves, whom we already presented the work, offers a new project entitled (de)hydrate. He chose the show how much sugar there is in sodas and sugar-based soft drinks, when we remove the water that is contained in bottles. Once sugar is isolated and placed in a mould with the name of the drink, he makes colorful lollipops with proportional size of the sugar quantity collected.
