Photographer Carlos Barria from the Reuters agency, went in New Orleans in 2005 and immortalized the situations and damages caused by the Katrina hurricane. He came back on the same places that were devastate 10 years ago and he integrated the pictures he took in the today places. He highlights the evolution of the city since the disaster.
