Visual Temperature is a series of organic sculptures by Chinese artist Cao Hui. Made of resin and fiber, these realistic artworks show everyday objects literally dissected and of which we can see the entrails. Organs of each sculpted furniture and clothe are similar to human or animal organs. According to him, the surface of each object is as important as its interior. All these sculptures must provoke “sorrow, surprise, anger, sadness and joy” for the viewer.
