Geoff Johnson is an American photographer who decided to put into pictures the situation of children who are growing up with a parent suffering of compulsive hoarding, a disease that consist on accumulating things in an excessive way. Through his collection entitled Behind the Door, he was inspired by the experience that he lived himself with his daughter. In these photographs he wanted to show this very tough everyday life with a childish point of view.
