German photographer Klaus Frahm, in his series “Bühnenwerk”, made between years 2010 and 2012, chose to offer an original point of view about empty theaters. He decided to place himself on the other side of the scene, the one that we couldn’t see. His work enables to discover what there is behind the scenes, and place ourselves on the side of people who organize shows that we want to see. Photographs courtesy of the Amrei Heyne Gallery.
