Based in Brooklyn, artist Aaron Asis is the author of the impressive installation “Ci-Lines” (“See Lines”) in an abandoned chapel : the St Andrew’s Collegiate Chapel in Philadelphia. For this, he has stretched more than 2000 meters of blue paracord in the air, in the middle of the church, by tying them on wooden posts and pillars that we can find in different points in this sacred place. Blue lines cross over and take up the space in the same way as natural light from the outside is diffused. The goal of this project is to bring a little of beauty and life in a closed down place for more than 20 years.
