Native from Israël, artist Itamar Gilboa moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands to study arts. There he created an original project made out of white monochrome food sculptures depicting all what he ate the last 365 days. As an exemple, his annual menu is composed of 113 potatoes, 117 bananas, 22 pizzas and traditional dishes such as Humus.
