French photographer Julien Knez wanted to celebrate the 71th anniversary of Paris’ liberation in August 1944 with a picture series. He chose to integrate pictures from this time into the today’s Paris by rediscovering exact places where the old pictures have been taken. Photo positioning is very precise and historic actions merge perfectly with today’s Paris.
