Russian photographer Evgenia Arbugaeva has visited 22 weather stations through Arctic to document her series “The Weather Man”. She has met in the Hodovarikha station, in Russia, Slava Korotkiy who is the face and the silhouette we can see appearing on her photos. His job is to estimate the weather it will be tomorrow, every three hours, in the middle of his books, his bird and a few clementines.
