Architect Cristina Parreño has built a sculpture in opaque glass for the International Design Center of MIT in Boston. This artwork called “Tectonics of Transparency” curls and changes of shape according to the viewer’s angle like plate tectonics’ movements. The choice of transparency refers to the conception of an opaque private life to preserve at work.
